Homo is a Latin word that means man, or human. When it is used as a prefix, as in "homosexual," it comes from the Greek word homos, meaning the same.

Do stop trying to redefine words in accordance with your own internal dictionary. It's not only offensive and harmful to the groups you are now attempting to claim allegiance, but also needlessly confuses terms already in existence. If you want to claim a group of people are pedophiles, call them as such.
